One municipal court, for North Salt Lake and for West Bountiful.
North Salt Lake Justice Court is the city's court at 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake. A DUI charged by the city, with this court on the citation, is heard here. It is not a Salt Lake County court, and it is not Davis County Justice Court at 800 West State Street in Farmington. The city line and the county line are easy to blur because the city sits against the Salt Lake County border, on the I-15 corridor.
West Bountiful is the city next door, and it does not run a justice court of its own. Utah Courts' shared-court table says West Bountiful filings go to North Salt Lake Justice Court. If you were stopped in West Bountiful and the caption says North Salt Lake Justice Court, you are in the right place on this page. You are not waiting for a West Bountiful courtroom to open.
Bountiful is not this calendar. Davis County lists a district court at 805 South Main Street in Bountiful, and Davis County Justice Court at 800 West State Street in Farmington. A caption that names either of those is not North Salt Lake Justice Court. People are stopped on Center Street, on the frontage roads, and on I-15 through North Salt Lake, then have to be at a job in Salt Lake the next morning. Which agency wrote the ticket matters less than the court printed on it.
Most first-offense DUIs in Utah are Class B misdemeanors handled in justice court. That is the level of case this court hears. A DUI charged more seriously, including where there is a prior DUI, an injury, or a child in the car, can be filed in district court instead. Dallin sorts that from the charging document, not from the city you think you were in.
Scheduled, and posted as virtual
North Salt Lake tells people that court appearances are prescheduled and held virtually, and to call the court to schedule. Most hearings at this court are virtual or hybrid. Your notice is still the instruction for that date.
The page explains the court. It does not call the case.
Nothing here promises how a North Salt Lake or West Bountiful DUI ends. What was observed, what was tested, and what was charged decide the file.
Arraignment is the court stating the charge.
It is an advisement, not a verdict.

Confirm the caption says North Salt Lake Justice Court
The address, when the notice has one, should be 10 East Center Street. A West Bountiful stop can still carry that court name. A Davis County caption, or the district court in Bountiful, belongs somewhere else.
-
You are told the charge and your rights
The court advises you of the accusation and of the right to counsel. A common path is to plead not guilty, or to ask for time to hire a lawyer, and to come back when the defense is actually underway.

Ask whether you are on a link or in the building
Most hearings at this court are held virtually or hybrid, and the court describes appearances as virtual. Many people join from work instead of driving to Center Street. If the notice puts you in the courtroom, that is the plan you follow.

Most hearings at this court are held virtually or hybrid. For a lot of people charged along this stretch of Davis County, that is the difference between missing a shift in Salt Lake and joining from a quiet room. Treat the link like a courtroom. Be on time. Have the citation. Do not take it from the car. If you are unsure the date is remote, look at the notice before you decide.
The first conversation with Dallin is by phone or video. You do not come to Saratoga Springs to find out whether the paper is a North Salt Lake Justice Court case. Utah's driver-license process runs separately, on a short timeline of its own. He will tell you what in the paperwork relates to that, as well as the court date.
